ISO 9001:2000 and the environmental Certification ISO 14001:2004 by International DQS

processes aimed at maintaining consistency through time of:
1) The qualitative level of the PRODUCT RANGE, this taken as
suitability for use, performance, safety, and reliability.
2) The qualitative standard of SERVICE through the training of person
nel and capacity of the internal structures to ful fill market demands.
3) Coherent response to the needs of CLIENTS, this meaning the
full satisfaction of their expectations.
4) Ongoing technical and economic improvement of the COMPANY
